Working full time in the central London office, this role is perfect if you thrive on collaboration with talented colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
– Financial oversight and profitability optimisation across the EMEA region, managing P&L and driving revenue growth
– Strategic alignment of sell-in targets with global goals, working with the leadership team to drive sales performance
– Reporting and analysis of retail performance, flagging issues and proposing remedial actions
– Ownership of KPIs, budgeting, and leadership reporting, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial transparency
– Driving account and business development, strengthening partnerships and identifying growth opportunities
– Forecasting and demand planning management, allowing for growth and distribution changes
– Contract negotiation and relationship management, securing agreements and ensuring smooth supplier and customer operations
– Team leadership, promoting cross-functional collaboration that delivers success
Candidate Requirements:
– Success in Sales or Commercial roles at leadership level, in the beauty or retail industry
– Inspiring team leadership, communication and influencing skills
– In-depth understanding of the beauty and ecommerce environment, plus practices and preferences across all EMEA regions
