Lead the quality assurance process for luxury cosmetics packaging, focusing specifically on the strategic gifting category. Working with a premium global brand, use your technical expertise to maintain the highest quality standards, mentor the team and collaborate with suppliers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities :
– Drive technical analysis of new gift packaging designs, identifying risks and solutions while preserving design integrity
– Establish supplier relationships and clear specifications for materials, functionality testing, and construction
– Lead validation testing, production transfers, and strategic dual/triple sourcing projects
– Oversee quality documentation systems and master data management
– Support cross-functional teams delivering quality strategy commitments
– Monitor industry developments to implement innovative quality processes
– Act as quality ambassador for company stakeholders around the world
Candidate Requirements :
– Science or technology degree, or equivalent knowledge and experience
– Significant Luxury Packaging Quality or Technology experience, within beauty, accessories, food & drink or a related industry
– Fluent spoken and written English
– Full, clean driver’s license
– Strong team playing and communication skills
